It is vital to replace sugar with low Glycemic Index sweetener (or none at all if you can). You also need to remove high carbohydrates from your diet like rice, bread, banana, and other food that contains high sugar.

Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting is not a diet. It is a way of eating that is usually done when you are on the Keto Diet. It is an eating pattern that you change the timing of your eating. It is composed of fasting time and feeding time.

Fasting time. It is the time that you don’t consume any calories except water, black coffee, tea, and electrolyte water with no sugar. It is the time that your body is burning fat and digest the food that you eat on your last meal.

Feed time is where you consume your calories. There is no rule on what to eat and what not in intermittent fasting as long as you choose healthy foods, like real meat, vegetables, and some seafood for faster result.

In the pescetarian diet, they choose to eat vegetarian food and add fish and seafood as their primary source of protein. It is a mostly plant-based diet of whole grains, nuts, legumes, produce, and healthy fats. Many pescetarians also eat dairy and eggs.

Cave-Man Diet

It is also called a Paleo Diet. It is designed to follow the eating pattern of human hunter-gatherer thousands of years ago. They live by the guideline that if the food looks like from the factory, don’t eat it. When you are in Paleo Diet, you avoid any processed foods like pasta, bread, carbohydrate drinks, and anything that is processed.


It is crucial that before you decide to go in any of these diets to consult with your doctor, especially if you have a medical condition and maintenance. If these diets can cause more damage if not executed properly. Remember not to starve yourself, do not overeat either. Do not obsess with you weight loss process because it will not happen overnight.
